To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Assam Convention Core Committee and Assam Association of North America (AANA) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury to oneself, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any other intangible losses suffered by attending the Assam Convention event scheduled to be held between July 3rd through July 5th 2026.
Overseas guest artist in-person live performances in the convention are contingent on obtaining visa approval from USCIS as per required travel policy.
All the attendees of the Assam Convention require to adhere to the CDC guidelines during the event, if any, such as vaccination, mask and other quarantine procedures.
No refunds on registration and food payments will be offered including but not limited to partial or complete event cancelation, if need arises, due to government health regulations having jurisdiction at the venue or any unanticipated circumstances of danger to public health at the time at the venue.
