This online repository of the Luitor Pora Mississippi (LPM) is dedicated to AANA’s founding member, Dr. Lohit Datta-Barua. The 2023–2025 AANA Executive Team and Board of Governors (BOG) initiated this effort to honor Dr. Datta-Barua for his lifetime contributions to AANA and his role in uniting and strengthening the Assamese community across North America. This initiative is also supported by the Asam Sahitya Sabha, North America (ASSNA).
