All payments are non-refundable .
All fees are subject to change based on Host Committee’s decision .
All payments must be completed within 1 week of date of registration , else discounted rates will not be applicable.
Hotel room reservations with group discount is applicable only for registered attendees, please do not reserve hotel if you are not registered .
Host Committee’s decision is final for all matters.
This is a family-oriented event. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

US Individual Discount

All fees are as indicated in above table. Follow normal registration process as above.

US Group Discount (For group of 10 and above)

15% discount applicable on regular Registration Fee ( e.g. Regular Adult: $215; discounted fee: $183, rounded )
All registrants within a group must be US residents.
To avail this, fill up the registration discount form and email us. No need for online registration. Our finance team will send you the discounted payment amount.
There needs to be only one payment for the entire group.
Group discount is applicable on the registration fee only (not on meal price ).

Canada Special – Individual & Group Discounts

Canada Individual Discount

15% discount applicable on regular Registration Fee ( example – regular adult: $215; discounted fee: $183, rounded )
To avail this, fill up the registration discount form and email us. No need for online registration. Our finance team will send you the discounted payment amount.
Discount is applicable on the registration fee only (not on meal price ).

Canada Group Discount (For group of 10 and above)

20% discount applicable on regular Registration Fee ( Example – regular adult: $215; discounted fee: $172 ).
To avail this, fill up the registration discount form and email us. No need for online registration. Our finance team will send you the discounted payment amount.
All registrants within a group must be Canada residents. AC2025 host committee has right to validate proof of Canadian residency and reject discounted registration if satisfactory information is not obtained.
There needs to be only one payment for the entire group.
Group discount is applicable on the registration fee only (not on meal price ).
